TORONTO, ON – Made-in-Canada apparel manufacturer REDWOOD CLASSICS has had another winning year at the annual PPPC Image Awards gala. On February 13, 2016, Kathy Cheng, Founder and President, and her team, took the stage to accept Gold in the Best in Green category for two unprecedented collaborations: RW x Preloved and RW x CommonSku. Both collections make use of upcycled deadstock that’s combined with Redwood Classics’ incomparable fleece to create sustainable, ready-to-brand merchandise.
The Toronto-based crusader for re-shoring also accepted Silver for Most Beneficial Sales & Marketing Aid (The Perfect Sweatshirt) and Supplier Self-Promo (RW x Preloved Ugly Holiday Collection); and Bronze in the Made in Canada category.
The wins were Announced at PPPC’s national Image Awards Gala, the promotional product industry’s most significant event.
