Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping on orders over $150.00 CAD (domestic in Canada) only applies to the e-store. For all orders going to US & Mexico, free shipping on all orders over $300.00 CAD. International orders outside of Canada, US, and Mexico, shipping rates apply. This does not apply to Reseller/Wholesale accounts. Please see below section for Wholesale Shipping and Handling Rates. 

What is your E-store return policy?

All sales are final on our e-store - no returns or exchanges.

Please check your chosen product sizing, shipping address, and billing address that you are submitting is correct as it cannot be modified or changed. If your items are returned because of an invalid address we will have to charge you to reship your package. As orders cannot be modified, they can only be cancelled if there are critical errors in your order. Stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges.

As a small business that is deeply committed to sustainability, we encourage conscious consumption. This extends to the environmental cost of extra shipping related to returns and exchanges. We aim to reduce the waste created by returns and hope that our quality of apparel and sizing options will make this happen. In addition, we do not overstock items so as to ensure we are not using excess power and water. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges from our online store.

Are your clothes really made in Canada?

Yes. From concept to completion, each garment produced in our collection is 100% Canadian-made by Canadian owners and operators.

Where do you ship our garments from?

We ship FOB from our apparel manufacturing headquarters in Toronto. We are equipped to ship both domestically and internationally.

Wholesale FAQs

What are your shipping and handling rates?

Shipping and handling rates are determined on a case-by-case basis, dependent on your order size, destination and delivery time.

Do I have to use your shipping courier?

No, you are not limited to our shipping courier. As an added service, we are happy to help you find the best rates and services through our preferred carriers. Should you require assistance with your apparel shipping needs, please let us know prior to beginning production. 

What if I want custom colours or specialty washes?

In addition to being able to custom-dye, we also stock Prepared For Garment Dye (PFGD) fabrics and garments. This means that any style listed with the PFGD icon is available for custom dyeing. A minimum order for custom colour orders must be adjusted to the dye-load size. Exact PFGD minimums depend on the specific style. Please contact our office for more information. Next comes the great differentiator: Oftentimes, the only thing stopping a good garment from being great is the wash. In addition to custom dye options, we also offer an array of speciality washes, including our proprietary Vintage Wash. Developed to emulate a similar hand-feel to the denim Stone Wash, the difference is that our Vintage Wash can be applied to knitted fabrics without breaking down and damaging fibres.

What is the minimum order for custom manufacturing?

Custom Canadian apparel manufacturing starts at 200 units per style using in-stock fabric and colours. If you are looking to use a more specialized fabric that we do not carry, minimums may increase. For lower minimums, please contact Toronto Fashion Incubator, who can help you find a small-run manufacturer.

What is your Private Label Program?

Redwood Classics Apparel is an easy and approachable way to start your own private label knitwear brand. We stock a wide variety of finished styles for men, women and children. Our Private Label Program is the perfect solution for those seeking garments that are just waiting to be customized, dyed, screen-printed, embroidered or embellished. Simply select your style of choice along with the desired colours. Then, provide us with the labels to be sewn in. Alternatively, we will gladly work with you to develop a custom branded label for your line.
